A delicious entre brought to you from the Wisconsin Farmland.
Recipe Corner:

Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes
A simple but delicious recipe from the Wisconsin Farmland.
Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 8 oz. shredded chedder cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 13 x 9 baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle over the top.

Bake another 15 minutes.
