Office Hours & Schedule Appointments

Our Brunswick office is open Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm; please note that we are closed on Friday. Please call (912) 267-0884 for an appointment or for information about any of our services.

NOTICE! In order to help ensure timely service for our patients, a NO SHOW/NO CALL fee of $25 will be assessed if you miss your appointment without letting us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you are going to miss your appointment, please call our office at (912) 267-0884 or use the Patient Portal to let us know. Thank you!

Notice of Privacy Practices

Rules created by the U.S. government under HIPAA (the 1996 Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) were created to provide privacy protection for all patients in the U.S. One rule requires hospitals and clinics to provide all patients with a Notice of Privacy Practices to explain how patient medical information is used. We are happy to provide you with this copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices (link below). We hope it will answer any questions you may have about how patient medical information is used here. After Hours

If you need an emergency prescription phoned in after hours, please call when your drug store is open and have that phone number available.

Please call during office hours for any medical needs that are not an emergency.


To have a prescription refilled, call our office at (912) 267-0884. Please leave your name, date of birth, phone number where you can be reached, the name of the prescription, and the name of your drug store.

In order for us to refill a prescription, you must have been seen in our office during the preceeding 12 months.


Payment for routine office visits is expected at the time services are rendered. We participate with most insurance carriers.

If we are not on your list of approved physicians with your carrier, please call our office. We may be a participating physician whose name has not made it to your list yet. Our services will most likely be covered.

For surgery, mammograms, and dexascans, your insurance can be filed directly.

If you need surgery and you find that our group or Southeast Georgia Health System is not in your “network”, call our office for more information, as these arrangements are constantly changing.
